Welcome Home Program

Starting in early March, GreenWay Bank will be participating in the 2025 Welcome Home Program (WHP) in conjunction with The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (FHLB of Cincinnati). 

Designed to assist eligible homebuyers*, the Welcome Home Program offers a grant amount to help with the down payment or closing costs on a house, making the dream of homeownership more attainable than ever. Steps to prepare for the Welcome Home Program:

*Subject to restrictions and credit approval.

Welcome Home funds are intended for homebuyers who would qualify for a first mortgage based on their current income. Funds are limited and offer only valid while funds last.

Co-signors and co-borrowers are not allowed unless they will occupy the home as their primary residence and their incomes are included in determining eligibility.
