If your card has been lost, misplaced or stolen it's important to act quickly to safeguard your finances and peace of mind. Steps to take:
- Contact GreenWay Bank Customer Support at 419-238-9662
- Activate Card Guard located in your GreenWay Bank mobile app
- Update any automatic recurring payments attached to your card

Should your debit card become lost or damaged, first secure your account by taking the steps above, then visit your local branch where our team will happily print you a new card (fees may apply).
