Identify the accounts you are interested in opening and begin to gather required items. Each account may have unique account opening needs. It is best to reach out to our bank team so they can guide you. Each signer on the account should be prepared to provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number
- Mother’s Maiden Name
- Address, Phone Number and Email
- Government Issued ID with Photo (Passport, Driver’s License, State Issued ID)
When you open an account with us, you will receive a debit card (when applicable) unless you opt out. We will replace your stolen, damaged or faulty card free of charge. If the card was lost, there is a replacement fee. See the fee schedule for the amount.
