The 2026 Melissa and Gary Clay Scholarship
GreenWay Bank is pleased to present the Melissa and Gary Clay Scholarship Program, a new scholarship opportunity created to recognize and support graduating seniors who are pursuing higher education in Business Finance or a finance related field. Through this program, GreenWay Bank will award (3) $1,000 scholarships, with (1) $1,000 scholarship awarded to an eligible senior from each of the following schools: Van Wert High School, Crestview High School, and Lincolnview High School. This scholarship reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in local students and their futures, and we are excited to offer this meaningful opportunity to those preparing for their next academic step.

About the Melissa and Gary Clay Scholarship Program
Created in honor of GreenWay Bank’s own Gary Clay, Chairman of the Board, this scholarship reflects the “Pay It Forward” philosophy Gary has embraced throughout his life. From an early age, Gary was influenced by individuals and organizations that helped guide him along the right path. Inspired by the support he received, Gary has dedicated much of his life to serving the Van Wert community, contributing to nearly every local nonprofit with the goal of opening doors for the next generation. In support of Gary’s vision and GreenWay Bank’s longstanding commitment to community investment, this scholarship program is designed to create meaningful opportunities for local youth and help set them on a path toward long-term success.
